RETURN POLICIES

You must first contact a Bomdiggidy Online team member before you return anything. The return will not be accepted if you have not talked to a Bomdiggidy Online team member. The Bomdiggidy Online team member's name and date of the discussion must be included in the return shipment.

In the event that a refund is issued, the customer will receive reimbursement in the form of store credit.

  • Open or used products cannot be returned. If you have a problem with the product after use, refer to manufacturer's warranty.
  • Under NO circumstances may items be returned to us if they have been used.
  • If an item you receive is damaged upon arrival, DO NOT USE OR TRY TO FIX IT! If you use it, the contract between Bomdiggidy Online and the customer will be considered fulfilled.
  • All damaged/wrong item claims must be reported to Bomdiggidy Online within 24 hours of receipt. Please include your order # and a high definition photo of the damaged/wrong item with the support request. The customer must note all damage on the shipping company's paperwork and sign for the shipment as damaged. The customer must keep all of the shipping cartons for the shipping company to inspect (sometimes requested by shipping company). Failure to hold on to the shipping cartons could result in a denied claim. Bomdiggidy will credit the customer's account for the damaged product after the claim has been resolved. Pictures of the shipping cartons, inside and out, and the damaged items help to resolve the claim in a timely manner and can be emailed to Bomdiggidy Online.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
